If you’re after a relaxed country wedding feel not far from Hobart, Rayburn Farm is a glorious little find. Set on a working farm in Sorell, it offers wide open spaces, sea views, and plenty of ceremony location options. The rustic barn is a blank canvas to make your own, making this and ideal space for couples wanting something personal and down-to-earth.
Iron Creek Bay Estate
If you’re leaning towards a waterfront wedding, Iron Creek Bay is a goodie just out of Hobart. Right on the water with a beautiful coastal feel, there are a few different ceremony spots to play with depending on your vibe. Add in on-site accommodation, a restaurant, and a relaxed feel across the whole place - it’s one of those venues that just makes things feel easy….. in the best possible way.

These are the quiet observers and storytelling pros - the ones who blend in, keep things calm, and catch the moments that matter.
As your celebrant (and maybe MC), I know you have a good one when I don’t even notice they’re there….. and then later, when I see your gallery, I’m like….. hang on, when did they take that?!
